Having been in the house for over a year, we are very happy with the build quality and finishes. The only critique is that him and his crew were often building multiple different homes in the area at any given time.
He has a keen understanding of building code, quality of installation per manufacturer guidelines on things like windows, roof systems, foundations etc. People don't build for 20+ yrs and have low product knowledge.
