The guest house/entertainment building features a 2-lane bowling alley and wet bar. According to Jason’s wife, Brittany, they are building their dream home in another area of Tennessee. The couple recently announced that they are expecting their second baby together. Country singer Jason Aldean and his 32-year-old wife Brittany started building their dream 'forever home' in late 2019. This estate has a 10,000-square-foot barn that houses 10 stalls, a full tack room, bathroom and multiple paddocks. You can board and care for a stable full of horses to ride around your beautiful new property.

The Aldean’s moved to Columbia back in 2016 purchasing their 120-acre estate for $5.35 million.
